These images explore the intersections of individuality and heritage, giving space to the unspoken narratives that linger in the Texas air.
The back of a person is often overlooked, yet in this series, it becomes a focal point—a symbol of both vulnerability and unity. I explore themes of introspection and belonging. There’s a quiet shyness in turning away from the viewer, a retreat into one's own thoughts. And yet, there’s also a sense of shared direction.
